The Skinny on HGH and anti aging
Human growth hormone is a product of the pituitary gland, the master gland of the body. As the name implies, it promotes linear growth in children and adolescents.
After the body stops growing taller, the levels of HGH decline quickly and often become very low in adult life.
Many of the effects of HGH are brought about through a second hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, made by the liver. HGH is given by daily injection, and is quite expensive.
Why should HGH work as an anti-aging therapy?
HGH has effects on body composition, not just growth. People who have a significant HGH deficiency, generally due to pituitary disease, have increased body fat and decreased muscle mass and decreased bone density. These changes in HGH-deficient patients mimic “signs of aging” in general people.
Interest in using GH to reverse these age-related changes in healthy adults dates to a study by Dr. Rudman and others published in 1990 in the New England Journal of Medicine. This study found that a small number of older men who were given HGH saw improved muscle mass, decreased body fat, and better bone density.
There have since been numerous claims that HGH is the “anti-aging miracle.” HGH has also been used by athletes to promote muscle mass, a practice that has been banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency due to safety concerns.
M.D.’s specializing in the burgeoning field of age management are increasingly touting synthetic growth hormone — made in the lab out of various amino acids — as a safe and effective way to reverse some of the effects of aging.
Though the results are largely anecdotal, patients report lower body fat, better sleep and memory, tighter skin, better workouts (and quicker recovery), lower blood pressure, and improved libido following just a few weeks of daily injections.
“As today’s generations get older, they want what they want,” says Robert Willix, M.D., a former cardiac surgeon who prescribes HGH to patients at his Boca Raton integrative medical practice and who used it himself for many years. “And they want to be healthy, lose fat, increase muscle, look and feel better. Growth hormone does all of these things.” Today, at 72, he’s training for his second Ironman competition.
We know, increased collagen synthesis has a very direct impact on skin tightening and skin aging.
Other well known benefits are:-
- Better Fracture Healing
- Enhanced Weight Loss
- Stronger Bones
- Reduced Cardiovascular Disease Risk
- Improvement in Erectile Dysfunction in men
- Decreased Obesity
- Better Mood and Cognitive Function
- Better Sleep
As you can see, almost all these benefits are linked to anti aging and reversing the aging process. Here is a scientific study showing a rational link between hGH, reduced wrinkles, and younger-looking skin.
That’s why HGH gained so much popularity that men are turning to HGH to look younger and Hollywood is addicted to it.
There have been a few HGH studies: –
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of GH in healthy older people, a team of researchers reviewed 31 high-quality studies that were completed after 1989.
Each of the studies was small, but together they evaluated 220 subjects who received GH and 227 control subjects who did not get the hormone. Two-thirds of the subjects were men; their average age was 69, and the typical volunteer was overweight but not obese.
The dosage of GH varied considerably, and the duration of therapy ranged from two to 52 weeks. Still, the varying doses succeeded in boosting levels of IGF-1, which reflects the level of GH, by 88%.
As compared to the subjects who did not get GH, the treated individuals gained an average of 4.6 pounds of lean body mass, and they shed a similar amount of body fat. There was a slight drop in total cholesterol levels.
But GH recipients also experienced a high rate of side effects, including fluid retention, joint pain, breast enlargement, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Another study found that HGH can be effective therapy for traumatic brain injury; another, a 2010 study sponsored by the World Anti-Doping Agency, found that HGH can have a positive effect on athletic performance, specifically “spring capacity,” otherwise known as jumping. But these results, Hoffman says, have never been replicated.
hGH therapy for women
hGH therapy for women can improve hormone levels that can help the body, metabolic processes, and androgen receptors be more receptive to burn excess fat and replace with muscle tone and mass. While hGH and peptides help to tighten skin elasticity, wrinkles and loose skin smooth out.
The skin takes on a healthy glow because of improved blood and oxygen flow just below the skin. The collagen production is amped up while the substructure is being repaired and supported to maintain healthy skin architecture.
This gives your skin a healthy fit making you look and feel vibrant. Hormone levels also govern healthy hair and it helps it to maintain its shine and strength from the inside out.

Introduction
It’s no secret that many women including famous celebrities are making use of HGH(human growth hormone) in their anti aging therapies.
Can natural HGH supplements for women be an alternative to conventional HRT(Hormone Replacement Therapy) and BHRT(Bioidentical Hormone Therapy)?
It’s no secret that many women including famous celebrities are making use of HGH (human growth hormone) in their anti aging therapies.
BUT what most people don’t know is that Women NATURALLY make more growth hormone (GH) than men do.
It may seem odd, but studies have shown that estrogen is positively linked to human growth hormone (HGH) levels.
Even more interestingly, women taking natural HGH releasers like Genf20 Plus have reported benefits similar to conventional hormone replacement therapy and BHRT like improved libido, hot flashes relief, wrinkles and fine lines reduction, younger looking skin, weight loss, more energy, enhanced immunity and overall better quality of life.
This is significant and compatible with the fact that how estrogen and HGH can work hand in hand in restoring the hormonal balance.
If the amount of estrogen is directly correlated with GH production, how can women benefit from this?
Can supplements impact HGH levels and estrogen levels when women stop making optimal and youthful levels of estrogen?
Hormones are like recipes.
If you were making bread and doubling the recipe, you’d probably not increase the quantity of flour to double without also doubling the yeast, water and honey, right?
Hormones work in our bodies in concert and synergy with other hormones, and if we increase one without looking at the others, health issues can arise.
Perhaps that is one reason why conventional hormone restoration methods that focus on only one hormone like estrogen also fail for a lot of women or produce side effects.
Interestingly, HGH happens to be the Master Hormone that seeks to put other hormones in your body in balance. Scientists say it has a huge role to play in homeostasis and that is why it’s now the main ingredient in the anti-aging soup.
It acts like a governing factor for the hormone levels of other hormones in the body.
HGH naturally declines in our bodies as we age. Unfortunately, Anti-aging is a big business now and those anti-aging experts boost your HGH levels with injections that can cost $12,000 or more per year.
But not many doctors are willing to tell you that you can get the benefits of HGH naturally as well ie. reduce body fat, eliminate wrinkles, build muscle, improve sexual function, and up your energy. These natural treatments are even clinically proven.
The Woman’s Perspective of Growth Hormone, Estrogen, and Testosterone
At first, it seems odd that women make so much more GH than men, considering how much larger and muscular men are general.
So why aren’t women more muscular and large?
While there aren’t many studies that address this issue, it’s probable that women aren’t physically affected by GH so much because they don’t produce as much testosterone that men do. Therefore, it seems muscle growth is produced through the combination of GH and testosterone.
It’s quite common for women to lose muscle and gain more fat when going through menopause, as their estrogen starts to decrease.
Though the popular notion is that this is due to estrogen loss, it might just as well be due to both estrogen and GH decrease.
Both of these components impact your hair, skin, and nails. Therefore, when women go through menopause; they tend to lose hair, get cracks and weaker nails, and get dry and damaged skin.
It is highly probable that both GH and estrogen levels have a significant impact on the aging process, weight gain, and muscle loss.
Restoring HGH levels to Manage Menopausal Symptoms
Women are acutely aware of the constantly changing hormone levels in their bodies throughout their fertile lives. When a women reaches her mid-30s, her regular hormone levels start to alter.
A decade later, she will most likely start her pre-menopause cycle. This is where the estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone levels waver.
This is accompanied by diminishing levels of the body’s vital hormones such as HGH, DHEA, Pregnenolone, and thyroid function as well. This process will go on until the menstrual cycle ceases and menopause begins.
The lowered creation of estrogen beginning in perimenopause can affect your sexual function directly, such as through vaginal dryness or low libido.
Additionally, it may also affect sex life, in the form of hot flashes and night sweats, which can drain your energy and undermine your desire for sex as a result.
In order to ease the physical symptoms accompanying menopause, women can seek HGH replacement.
The Journal of the American Medical Association claims that restoring youthful “growth hormone” levels just as menopause starts is one of the most effective methods to ease menopausal symptoms.
Studies also document its benefits on making the skin of postmenopausal women more youthful.
Bone density damage or loss can also be revitalized with HGH replacement therapy. Results show that it also allows people to avoid risk of heart disease by making the heart muscles stronger.
Human bones have cells that continuously grow new tissue, and cells that rejuvenate old bone tissue. Estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone all aid in absorbing calcium from the intestines.
Estrogen slows down bone breakdown; while HGH stimulates the very cells that build new bone tissue.
That is one reason why athletes and bodybuilders are so interested in HGH because they desperately need stronger bones.
In your mid-20s, GH levels will start to decrease and near your menopause, HGH decline will already have reached “elderly” levels.
An 80 year old human would produce 85 mcg of HGH per day while a 20 year old would produce about 700 mcg.
However, when you increase those declining levels, your diminished bone tissues begin to be rebuilt.
This decline is evident in pre-menopausal women at about 1 to 6 percent of the overall bone mass every year. The most damage ends up affecting the spine.
How Can Women Naturally Increase their HGH Levels?
1). Exercise
It’s a common misconception that all women who seem larger and more muscular than others must all be on anabolic steroids. This might not be the case.
They might just be making a higher GH amount than other women, due to a variety of reasons.
A medical study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine may help explain that exercise stimulates the natural production of growth hormone. Interestingly, it’s the short intense bursts of workouts and strength training that works best in enhancing growth hormone.
Intense exercises can increase the GH levels in both males and females. These levels will increase in quite large amounts when people work out for around 10-20 minutes, working past the lactate thresholds.
It is still true that women will require more strength training within a shorter amount of time for their GH levels to rise as much as men.
Intense exercises like Sprinting and Strength training will provide these results, causing women to become more muscular and leaner.
Sprinting and Resistance training makes the production of GH, helps you achieve lean muscle mass, and achieve weight loss much easier than other workouts.
Strength training has lots of other anti aging benefits as well.
These are the kinds of exercises that women can use to naturally get stronger, leaner, fitter, and healthier. Sure some low level cardio is good for the heart once in a while, but the real HGH benefits come from an intense anaerobic work out.
2). Better than Bio-identical hormones – Enhancing Your Own Natural Hormones. Gain More GH with Natural Herbal Supplements
Bio-identical hormones became popular when several reports of serious and life threatening side effects of “Hormone Replacement Therapy” (which made use of hormone injections) were documented.
For decades, women had relied on synthetic estrogen to treat and ease menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal dryness.
But when the Women’s Health Initiative study on estrogen and progestin therapy was stopped in 2002 — due to a possible hormone-related increase in the risk of heart disease, stroke, blood clots, and breast cancer — some doctors began promoting bioidentical versions as alternative to dangerous HRT.
These hormones were made from soy and yams, and were claimed to be safer (even though there’s no medical evidence they’re less likely to raise your disease risk).
While bioidentical hormones can reestablish our youthful vigor, side effects can’t be ruled out.
Enhancing our own natural hormones with supplements, herbs and diet is an even more natural approach to enable us in maintaining and/or restoring our hormones.
BECAUSE you’re not taking any hormones, rather you’re improving the body’s potential to generate more of its own anti-aging hormones.
Although Bioidentical hormones have been used for many years now, medical experts now claim that they pose the same risks and dangers as conventional HRT and synthetic hormonal injections.
According to Dr. Wulf Utian, renowned expert on several aspects of women’s health, who is highly critical of Suzanne somers‘ work on Bioidentical hormones replacement breakthrough, Sexy Forever, –
“There is this totally false impression that these so-called bioidentical hormones are somehow safer, or that they don’t carry the risks but they do carry the benefits. Quite frankly, you can’t have your cake and eat it,”.
Other experts claim that The word ‘bioidentical’ is a marketing misnomer — and the claims for safety and efficacy are entirely without merit.
Moreover once someone begins to take bioidenticals, they will likely need to stay on them indefinitely so that the youthful effects continue.
So, what is better than Bio-identical hormones and synthetic hormone injections based conventional HRT?
A NATURAL, HERBAL HRT!
Natural hormone restoration to naturally support our hormones with nutrition, superfoods and herbs is the way to go.
Amino acids like Arginine, Lysine, Glutamine and Ornithine are well known to increase GH levels, according to several medical studies. Taking these supplements may improve your growth hormone production.
Other HGH–releasers (also called secretagogues) are GABA (gamma–aminobutyric acid), extracts from the pituitary of cattle, various glucose or carbohydrate polymers, and extracts of “broad bean”. These combinations also increase Insulin Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) which mediates all the anti-aging actions of HGH.
There is one very interesting compound called “Deer antler velvet” , a superfood- which is a natural blend of several amino acids and IGF-1. This compound is highly beneficial in enhancing HGH levels.
One twelve week study of HGH secretagogues found patient experienced a 30% average increase in IGF-I level plus enhanced energy and less body fat but more muscle.
Faster hair growth, diminished wrinkles and improvements in hair (less gray) and skin color occurred between the eighth and twelfth weeks.
According to medical experts, a multi-ingredient product that has lots of diverse ingredients, anti aging herbs acting in synergy via several mechanisms to produce HGH is best. If the product has undergone a clinical trial, that’s even better.
To re-emphasize, these pills won’t contain the actual hormone but ingredients and herbs that enhance body’s own hgh production.
3). Deep Sleep
Not getting enough sleep will prevent you from producing your natural growth hormone, as it is naturally made while you are resting.
The amount and quality of sleep is vital. You should try and get about eight hours of rest every night. Additionally, try and sleep in a cool, dark room; while avoiding stimuli like television, computer, and exercise before you go to sleep.
GABA is a natural deep-sleep inducer and also a HGH releaser in GenF20 Plus.
For extra melatonin, take onions, cherries, bananas, oats and rice.
Melatonin is also present in mint, lemon verbena, sage and red wine.
4). Eat more protein
It’s possible for women to also raise their GH levels by consuming more protein after an intense workout. This protein will become muscle cells or be utilized to develop more muscle. This is because workouts cause a raise in GH and insulin sensitivity. Consuming protein after a workout will highly improve your physique and GH production.
5). Fasting
Occasional fasts can also up your GH levels, almost up to 1,300% during a whole day fasting.
It seems unbelievable, doesn’t it?
This is probably due to the body’s attempt at protecting lean muscle mass and metabolic function. However, this should only be a temporary method.
Fasting too long will actually slow down your metabolism and alter your endocrine system in the body’s attempts to keep itself safe. Fasting for prolonged periods of time will cause you to lose muscle and keep your fat.
The Magic to Staying Young Depends on the Individual
The bottom line is that women don’t have one quick fix for aging that actually works for everyone.
Don’t get me wrong, there is magic to staying young.
It is simply different for everybody.
For some women diet, lifestyle are the prominent factors in deciding health and appearance. For some women, it’s the hormones and BHRT.
Whatever the case, women should try and gain as much growth hormone production as they can if they want the anti aging benefits and want to stay healthy, lean, and strong bodies and ease menopausal symptoms.
This will keep their bones, skin, hair and nails durable and healthy as well. Make sure you consider the suggestions above so that you can naturally raise your GH levels.

HGH supplements for women
Interestingly, most anti aging books and guides out there written by experts and medical doctors are connected with HGH, directly or indirectly.
Some of the famous books are:-
Have a look at some of the anti-aging tips offered by these books and guides:-
1. HIIT
Best anti-ageing exercise is high intensity interval training and this fact is supported by “earth-shattering scientific studies“.
And how does HIIT do that – by increasing hGH levels. It’s well-documented in various studies that exercise-induced growth hormone response increases HGH secretion. Research suggests that the exercise-induced growth hormone plus endurance exercise associated with load, intensity, duration and frequency are the determining factors in the regulation of HGH secretion.
An exercise intensity above lactate threshold and for a minimum of 10 minutes elicits the greatest stimulus to the secretion of HGH. HIIT workouts are effective in promoting beneficial well-being, health and positive training outcomes, while stimulating HGH. (Study)
2. Laughter
Laughter is one very well known anti aging tip proposed by anti aging experts. It is supposed to be the best natural anti aging secret. Because it decreases stress levels and is supported by scientific studies. Read more on the healing power of laughter.
So, what is the link of laughter with HGH?
Researchers Stanley Tan and Lee Berk at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, Calif., observed that two hormones, human growth hormone and endorphins, were increased by 27 percent and 87 percent, respectively, when participants anticipated watching a humorous video. (Study)
3. Liver detox | Having a healthy liver
Another very common theme among the anti aging advice is having a healthy liver and liver detox for anti aging.
Dr. Eva Cwynar explains –
“The liver is where hormones are conjugated [prepared for excretion]. It’s important to support liver function so that our bodies can make hormones in appropriate amounts.”
Furthermore, persuasive medical research shows that liver health is adversely affected by outdoor and indoor air pollution, alcohol, sugar, caffeine, and chemicals in food and drinking water, such as chlorine.
Laboratory tests will reveal whether someone needs liver support.
“I often treat people who have impaired liver function that is due not to drug use but to a diet high in sugar, caffeine, and fried foods. When you eat a lot of sweets and processed foods plus drink coffee and caffeinated sodas every day for years,” she notes, “it can negatively affect your digestion.”
So, how is liver function and health conected with HGH?
HGH stimulates the liver into producing IGF-1, which is released into the body to stimulate the production of cells that are responsible for cell proliferation, increased muscle mass and increased energy. An individual would never experience the full benefits HGH has to offer if experiencing poor liver function, cirrhosis, fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. (Study) Thus, if you naturally want to increase HGH, you should go on a liver cleanse.
Bottomline
Several anti aging diets and guides ask you to follow certain strategies to live a healthy, longer, disease free life and to slow down the aging process and keep looking younger. Almost all of those strategies can be linked to HGH, the fountain of youth.
That is one reason, why hgh supplements like Serovital and Genf20 Plus got so much popular in the first place.
However, these supplements should still be accompanied with good anti aging diet and lifestyle to have maximum anti aging effect and to erase those wrinkles effectively.
The concept of HGH in major anti aging books and therapies
Human growth hormone burns fat as effectively as fire burns wood. Basically, it will increase the amounts of “free fatty acids”, which are utilized by the body to produce energy. This in turn lowers the amount and size of fat cells in the body.
These “fat cells” already have receptors for GH. When the cell receives the GH, it experiences a series of enzymatic reactions called Lipolysis. This process is what helps the body break down fat.
A person taking growth hormones will lose fat as the free fatty acids make the extra energy. This energy is utilized to help burn the calories faster, as well as quicken the body’s metabolism.
Dr. Rudman and associates recommend taking HGH (human growth hormone) to also aid in reversing the impact insulin has on one’s body. This is due to the fact that insulin actually acts as stimulation in Upogenesis, the process in which the body creates said fat cells.
Insulin levels and HGH levels in the body are inversely related. Learn more.
You can imagine insulin as being an automatic gate that opens whenever fat, glucose, and amino acids arrive to get into your cells.
However, growth hormone will prevent the fat cell receptors on insulin from working properly, thus preventing the body from retaining them as much. GH will continuously block the fat cells from accumulating. Without this intake, fat is free to spawn on every cell.
Why Is HGH Recommended for Weight Loss?
Unlike other supplements and treatment methods that try to actively fight fat cells by making temporary changes to your cells, HGH gets rid of them in cooperation with your body.
This is why specialized diet pills will only show an impact while you take them, but you will gain the weight back as soon as you stop the intake.
Growth hormone, however, alters your cells so that your body will experience long-lasting effects.
HGH can be so effective, that you don’t have to stick to a highly restrictive diet while you lose your weight, something not offered with other diet pills.
Additional benefits
HGH can definitely boost weight loss and promote muscle development, but there are some additional benefits too.
- This goes hand-in-hand with hGH and weight loss – since the body is burning fat effectively, energy levels rise. There’s extra get up and go that can be applied to boosting your workout, helping you diet or just giving you an overall boost.
- Since your body is better able to synthesize new proteins, healing of injuries is accelerated.
- The heart is a muscle. Optimal HGH levels strengthen muscles and your heart also benefits.
- HGH optimizes the functioning of the immune system and you’re less likely to get ill. For this reason, HGH is often administered to AIDS patients and those suffering from other immune system disorders.
- HGH levels also affect sleep patterns and those with higher HGH levels find that they sleep better at night.
- As we age, a reduction in bone density takes place. However, HGH promotes the retention of calcium and the mineralization of bones. Simply put, it increases bone density as the bones repair themselves. Boosting HGH for women in particular, means less chance of osteoporosis.
HGH for weight loss and other benefits
1. After spending over three years taking various supplements and prescription medications for aging issues typical for women in their 50’s, I came to the conclusion that while I could find some improvement, feeling normal again was proving to be an elusive goal. I had soaring cortisol levels and anxiety, developed a hypo-thyroid condition, significant cognitive problems, miserable joint pain, gained 30 pounds (belly fat, ugh!) on my normally slim frame over a period of 3-4 months.
I developed unhealthy blood lipid levels (a heart scan revealed calcification in my heart), couldn’t sleep, experienced cystic acne on my abdomen, marked hair loss and a reversal in my libido.
Among other problems, my skin – everywhere, including my face, became markedly thinner and lines developed especially around my mouth. Monthly blood testing revealed that while some conditions would get better, other problems arose. I adjusted supplements, changed medications/added new ones; this helped to some degree.
Dermatologic treatments and regular facials helped as well, but I felt that I was on the fast train to getting OLD. At 49 I had been spectacularly healthy (except for high cortisol and sleeplessness) and by 52 I could barely walk upon getting out of bed and had trouble kneeling onto the floor and getting up. I had always been physically active and mentally agile so this rapid decline was disturbing. I considered being tested for early onset alzheimers disease. Thyroid medicine eventually helped level out thyroid levels in my bloodwork, but didn’t seem to make a quality of life difference. Hormone replacement therapy (estrogens, testosterone, pregnenolone, DHEA) helped with sleep, hair loss and libido but other troubles remained. I was beginning to forget how it had felt to be well and vital. I ate a fastidiously healthy diet and exercised 3x a week with a trainer on top of walking or hiking on alternate days. I tried a Zerona laser treatment series for belly fat, with unsatisfactory results. I sought out the care of a board-certified antiaging doctor who suggested HGH supplementation (bloodwork revealed that I was deficient). I resisted treatment for almost a year largely because of the notoriety associated with professional athlete steriod use. However, seeing no further improvement as a result of the other treatments, I began HGH supplementation a little over 2 months ago. I’m using physician prescribed Nordotropin injections.
I can testify that I feel significantly better. My aches are mostly gone, I observe that I heal quickly again, I’ve lost almost all of my belly fat and the stubborn acne (I had tried everything for it, salycilic acid, retin A, etc) is GONE. The lines on my face have plumped up and the tiny jowls that had been developing are smoothing out. I’m going to give this a few months and see how it goes. My doctor believes that HGH siupplements are a scam, but did recommend a prescription HGH stimulator as an alternative. The needles I use are tiny and hurt only occasionally. In only 10 weeks, I’m back to being taken for my early 40’s again (some workers next door had a bet on my age and asked me to tell them) when I’m 53. Most important, I feel better! Can’t wait to see if this also helps my lipid panels over time. It seems to me that medicine is in the same place related to HGH as it was with bio-identical reproductive hormone replacement 10 years ago. Conventional doctors just don’t deal with it, even the FDA approved HGH use for deficiency. I’d be interested to hear of anyone else who is using HGH for longer than I have been.
2. Over 3 years later, still using HgH daily in a VERY small dose. Have progressed to purchasing it in powder form and hydrate with sterile water because this reduces the cost. It is expensive, no doubt. With a good diet and regular exercise, I’m about as fit as any 56 year old could ever expect to be. I have all the musculature that I did 25 years ago, and I feel great. My trainer feels fully responsible for my sculpted limbs and torso, but I can guess that HgH has helped to keep me lean. I think that it has probably contributed to tighter skin, but there are no miracles in that department. I just want to be a super healthy version of my age.
How to avoid oral HGH supplements scams?

3. I am an adult male and became fascinated with HGH in 2003 by a twist of fate. It occurred after I met one of my neighbors and became friends with him, not to mention he later got me a job teaching part time at one of the universities where he was working!
My friend, Dr. W, is a University Professor who has a resume spanning over 40 years teaching at prestigious universities, all over the world. What caught me off guard was the fact Dr. W claimed he was in his mid 60’s, but didn’t look even close. He wouldn’t tell me his exact age, yet he had the energy, a lust for life, and the vitality of an athletic man in his early 30’s. I found it strange, even bizarre, as he honestly didn’t look a day older than 37.
Dr. W told me, after a life of world travel, hard work and play, he was worn out, and ready to give up on life and take a dirt nap six feet under – *I smiled*. This was, of course, until he discovered injectable HGH. I didn’t believe him at first, until one day Dr. W convinced me to try it. I pinched a roll of fat on my stomach and stuck a small insulin needle in just under the skin, and injected fresh cool liquid HGH (HGH is kept cool in the refrigerator).
Immediately within minutes of injecting HGH, I felt my spine tingle, and the urge to stand up straighter, I felt a tingling pain in my shoulder and neck muscles, something was happening to me physiologically. He then suggested we go for a 45 minute jog. He said he got the best results using HGH when he worked out intensely after injecting it, so I went for a jog with him, followed by push ups and sit-ups. I felt exhilarated and incredible beyond words, during and after the jog, for 24 to 48 hours thereafter, and felt great for the next week. I tingled all over, as if I was teenaged boy all over again (I was in my early 30’s at the time).
The following day after the jog, I woke up early. I was not at all tired, and felt a rumbling in my stomach. I had the oddest feeling; I could feel the fat on my stomach boiling under the skin. I went to the bathroom, looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe that one dose and a vigorous 45 minute jog with pushups and situps, would have such an immediate effect. (All the research I read later said it takes weeks to see any results, I had results in 24 hour period – maybe because I’m very sensitive to medications in general).
I felt as if I looked at least a couple of years younger, maybe it was psychological? I thought it was a kind of metaphorical “Donnie Darko” (movie) moment, where I felt a sense of terror as I looked in the mirror with disbelief. One to two years younger with one dose and intense exercise, I thought? No way! Too good to be true, especially when I later heard it takes two weeks of injecting and intense daily exercise and weight training, to achieve that kind of result.
Let me make this absolutely clear, what occurred after using HGH for the first time, is not at all typical, by any stretch of the imagination. Most people have to use HGH for weeks or even a month to get the kind of real results which are purportedly associated with HGH. To be fair and balanced, some people do not get any kind of significant results to make it worth it for them, and others may get positive results, but negative side effects from excessive use and abuse – like body builders who use very high doses. Regardless of the good or bad others have experienced, my own personal utilization of HGH was fantastic, the rest is history.
Dr. W. still uses HGH and still looks decades younger than his real age, he lives a very vibrant life and HGH has made me look and feel like I’m in my mid to late 20’s again, I’m now in my mid 30’s.
HGH Therapy is FDA approved for children with any of the various childhood illnesses associated HGH Deficiency, i.e. Idiopathic growth hormone deficiency (GHD),and for adults who are showing symptoms of or diagnosed with Andropause or Adult-onset Growth Hormone Deficiency (aka premature aging symptoms or rapid aging).
Positive user reviews of HGH anti-aging therapy
1. In my experience HGH injections help with looks but it’s a very expensive route to take. It might take some years off your age after 1-3 years of use but it’s going to cost you $10,000+ for those results. I also think age is a factor. Someone that’s 65 will see a much larger benefit from HGH then a 30 year old.
Exercise is really a better option as your entire body and mind will look and feel younger. It also triggers HGH release while increasing insulin sensitivity.
If you want really cheap way to look 5+ years younger. Try Glycolic Acid. It’s a chemical peel It will reduce wrinkles, increase blood supply, fade age spots and tighten up your skin. You can use it and still work the next day. Just keep out of the sun. This time of year is the best time to use it.
The trick is to first use the over the counter 10% strength sold in stores for an entire month. This really helps your skin to increase it’s blood supply and prep it for stronger strengths. Usually every other day. Then switch to 30% once per week for 6 weeks. Then 50% once per week for 2-4 weeks. Total cost about $40 you should see a huge improvement in your skin.
2. Skin elasticity, age and HGH
Weight loss does tend to make you look younger but it has it’s limits with age. After a point your collagen and skin elasticity drop and weight loss can make you look older. Everyone’s different it could be at age 40, 50, 60, or even 70. Most people age by gaining weight but as they age further they tend to gradually loose weight and the skin starts sagging making them look older when they are even much lighter.
I did the Skin Elasticity test at age 42 it took 4-5 seconds.
Now at age 45 it takes about 1 second. In that time only low dose Test and 1iu per day of HGH were used for all but one month during that time.
Below is a skin elasticity test you can use to approximately determine the functional age of your skin. Find out if your skin is functionally older or younger than your biological age.
Pinch the skin on the back of your hand with the thumb and forefinger and hold it for 5 seconds. Let go and time how long it takes for the skin to completely flatten back out. The longer the time, the older the functional age of your skin.
I would say that once you reach 5+ seconds HGH would be more effective on skin.
TIME (SECONDS) FUNCTIONAL AGE (YEARS)
1-2 under 30
3-4 30-44
5-9 45-50
10-15 60
35-55 70
56 or more over 70

Skin aging can be explained by comparing it to the earth’s tectonic plates. These enormous slabs of rock move and create craters in the earth.
The skin can be compared to this process when you compare the skin proteins to the tectonic plates. As proteins shift under the skin, it will make a degrading impact and cause an aging effect.
Among the many layers of the skin, the central dermal area where elastin and collagen lie are most susceptible to damage.
This is unfortunate, as these two proteins are key factors in the vitality of your skin. Elastin aids in allowing flexibility in the skin, allowing it to stretch and pinch yet always returning to the normal position.
Collagen provides strength in the skin by acting as the glue between the cells and organs. This is the protein that allows your body to adjust to movement without falling apart. Without both of these proteins, your body basically wouldn’t be able to function.
The deterioration of elastin and collagen will not only age the skin, but will also produce many undesirable effect. You will develop wrinkles, sagging, blemishes, spot lines, and many more features you expect in older people.
You might already be informed that the sun’s UV rays is one of the number one causes of skin aging. Being exposed to so many UV rays will create an effect that makes your face look GH-deficient. Basically, one may end up with a face that looks saggy and old because the UV rays attacks the fatty tissues in it by one or two percent annually.
Not only will the UV rays eliminate the fat under your skin, but it will attack the water under it as well. The result is a face with skin that is incredibly thin, which makes it sag and droop down. Without water under the skin, the face will resemble a shriveled prune.
Everyone is born with naturally high levels of elastin and collagen, and continues to produce them throughout life.
However, as people age, the tissue that help create these proteins begin to deteriorate. As a result, the body fails to produce the necessary amounts of elastin and collagen.
GROWTH HORMONE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO NATURALLY LIFT YOUR FACE
HGH therapy may allow your face to look much younger in a matter of weeks. You’ll probably lose the lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, etc. In addition to these benefits, the contour of the skin will change as well, further making your face look vitalized.
As mentioned before, HGH helps you get rid of the excess fat cells. With HGH, the undesirable fat in your face is also removed, while you gain muscle mass.
This means that the fat under your skin will remain, but the bad fat that causes puffy eyes will disappear. The muscle gain will lift your face throughout this entire process, making your facial skin a whole lot stronger and rejuvenated.
Dr. John Cantwell of San Jose, California performed a study among two 52 year-old men. These two men had previously taken hormone replacement therapies, and Dr. Cantwell incorporated HGH into their regular treatment.
The results after 90 days of Dr. Cantwell’s study indicated that the men were relieved of many wrinkles, and the elasticity and firmness in their facial skin improved greatly.
“PLASTIC SURGERY” WITHOUT THE KNIFE
In a way, HGH therapy can be compared to plastic surgery, but with just the benefits. Protein function increases when you take the growth hormone and the accompanying IGF-1.
Since collagen and elastin are both proteins that are essential in maintaining the vitality of the skin, taking HGH will make you look a lot younger. Your skin will become tighter and sleeker, something you might otherwise consider plastic surgery for.
HGH and exercise also go hand in hand, which also contributes to the vitality of your appearance. As your metabolism improves and your blood starts circulating better, your skin will also reap the benefits.
YOU CAN HAVE BABY SMOOTH SKIN ONCE AGAIN
Every single person admires how soft and glowing a baby’s skin is. The plump, silky skin that reflects young age is due to the fact that a baby’s body is made up of 90 percent water.
However, as you age, this skin begins wearing out, stretches, and is impacted in a number of other different ways. You lose that youthful glow, and the skin loses hydration.
Aging is not the only factor associated with dry, non-hydrated skin. Children with GH deficiency also lack this moisture. They end up with very dry skin, and will appear older than they actually are.
Your body absolutely needs water. In fact, over 60% of your body weight consists of that water. All your cells, organs, and tissues require it; as it helps maintain a safe body temperature, gets rid of waste, and allows for your joints to function properly.
Therefore, the amount of water you have in your body is essential in terms of your overall health and aging factors. When you do have the necessary amounts, you’ll experience a much slower aging process and also avoid a lot of harmful ecological damages.
Aging people end up losing their water amounts because their skin actually loses its ability to retain the proper levels. This alludes to the fact that moisturizing isn’t just a fad. It’s actually quite important to your skin’s daily health.
In addition to moisturizing daily, take HGH for its skin hydration benefits to help your skin stay healthy even more!

Effect of HGH on wrinkles and skin
These 2 articles on FactsonHGH.com explain the truth behind hGH injections side effects and how to manage those side effects.
One of the best strategies is to use natural hGH releasers like Genf20 Plus to avoid the side effects of injections.
Other methods focus on using the hGH injections in such a way that they mimic the natural production of hGH in the body. And NEVER to allow hGH levels go beyond abnormally-high levels.
Follow Dr. Chein’s dosage patterns.
Lower doses of HGH on a regular basis proves more effective than less frequent, large, impactful dosages. You will want to start with very low amounts and gradually increase it to avoid the side effects.
Dr. Chein recommends the low-dose and high-frequency method. In the book “Grow young with HGH”, it is reported that He administers between 4-8 IU every week to over 90 percent of his patients. Usually, this amount is separated into two shots. The first shot is administered before sleeping to stimulate the GH, then also in the morning. Dr. Chein recommends that this pattern is followed for six days, then nothing for the seventh.
This method is effective in allowing your body to continue to produce your natural growth hormones. Therefore, the most units that are administered per week are 12. Through this method, Dr. Chein and Cass Terry found that there were no side effects among the 800 patients they examined.
Truth about HGH side effects
Peptides are, completely legal forms of health treatment for anyone not bound by ASADA regulations (i.e., non-pro athletes).
They’re the hot new star of ‘longevity’ clinics around the country, as well as local health companies keen to educate people online (and organize shipments to their house). Sports physician Dr Peter Larkins describes them as “cosmetic surgery in the chemical sense.”
In simplest terms, peptides are amino acid chains that occur naturally in the body and serve as the building blocks for protein.
When injected or absorbed, they can increase the natural production of hGH, which is secreted from the pituitary gland.
They are usually GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) or GHRP.
“Growth hormone is the ‘repair’ hormone that gives you strength, helps you to recover and boosts energy,” says Dr Larkins. From the age of 20, a person’s natural hGH production slows at roughly 14 per cent per decade.
Peptides are not to be confused with synthetic human growth hormone drugs, which are injected into the bloodstream to provide rapid results. HGH is said to be Hollywood’s secret weapon, with top stars, filmmakers and studio execs hooked on the youthful effects, but synthetic hGH is tightly regulated in most countries and unless there’s a proven growth hormone deficiency (most cases are in children).
Peptides offer a softer approach– the amino acids, delivered by either a cream or injection, increase your body’s own natural production of growth hormone.
So, in a sense, peptides work similar to oral HGH supplements, as they stimulate the pituitary gland to increase the natural hgh production in the body.
So where are women going to purchase these peptides? The internet.
There are online services that act as an agent between the customer and “Initially we were inundated by men wishing to find a way to add muscle quickly, but now in excess of 60 per cent of our weekly orders are women wanting products to help with results ranging from fat loss and anti-ageing to general well-being,” says owner Michael Abdallah. The peptides sold on his site claim to increase natural hGH production up to ten fold.
Darren Smeath, from Peptides Direct (an online service offered by a Queensland-based anti-ageing company) has experienced a similar client trend. “We are definitely seeing a shift in the increase in female enquiries and believe that percentage will outweigh males very soon,” he says. Women after an anti-ageing boost (mostly aged 30-50) are 40 per cent of his business.
